Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions - Ticket Forum 2020:



Invoices must be paid in full by January 1, 2020.


Payment in the form of a company check or credit card is required by January 1, 2020 . If paying by check please include your name, invoice number and the conference name on the check.


Checks are to be made payable to TicketReturn and sent with invoice to:

If registering after January 1, 2020:

Your registration will be processed onsite at the event where a company check will be required for full payment.

Refunds, Substitutions, and Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend, you must advise us in writing by January 1, 2020 with the following caveats:

  • Written Notice of Substitutions
    We are happy to welcome one substitution delegate, up to the start of this event, at no extra charge. Sharing of Attendee passes is not permitted. One pass per person only.
  • Written Notice of Cancellation
    Written notice of cancellation received between December 15, 2019 and January 1, 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 1, 2020.  In the case of refunds, a check or credit card refund will be issued for your payment minus the cancellation fee. If one or more team members cancel and do not provide substitutions, the complimentary registration is invalid.


Use of Logo/Name:

The use of the TicketReturn logo/name before during or after the event is strictly forbidden without the written consent of TicketReturn.


Right of Refusal:

This event is sponsored by TicketReturn which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. TicketReturn’s receipt of registration and payment does not constitute acceptance; registration and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.


TicketReturn uses the information obtained from you in this document for the purpose of enabling your attendance at Ticket Forum 2020. Ticket Forum may disclose your information to third party service providers, for example mailing houses, conference organizers and conference sponsors for this purpose. Ticket Forum may also disclose your information to other conference attendees. Ticket Forum will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent except when we are required to do so by law. This information will be used to more appropriately identify your needs and tailor our contact with you to provide a better client/customer experience. Registering to attend Ticket Forum 2020 confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
